Additional Hitachi NT65MA2 15 Gauge 1-1/4-Inch to 2 1/2-Inch Angled Finish Nailer Information

Long nails into hardwood? No problem. Working overhead? It's only 4.2 pounds. Hate having the exhaust in your face? Tool-free, 360-degree adjustment takes care of that. No time for jams? Clearing takes no more than a couple of seconds because of the quick-release nose. The magazine is made of nylon, but it seems as rugged to us as any metal magazine out there. That's also why this nailer is so easy on the hands. Add to that a nicely padded grip and a selective trigger and you'd think you have the perfect nailer. But get this—there's a built-in dust blower that clears light debris and dust from your workpiece. Hitachi quality leaves nothing to want.--Kris Jensen-Van Heste

What Customers Say About Hitachi NT65MA2 15 Gauge 1-1/4-Inch to 2 1/2-Inch Angled Finish Nailer:

I have also purchased four other differant brand nailers and Hitachi beats them all. You can't go wrong. I have purchased three differant Hitachi air nailers. Light weight, powerfull, and reliable.

Over 2000 nails in the first 2 days and not one problem. I think all nailers should come with a case. Bought Hitachi based on reviews and it has lived up to the hype. If I ever run into any sort of problem I'll update but it seems unlikely; there isn't one thing about this nailer to pick at.I would like to add that I really like the case as well.

It was the most recommended and I totaly agree. This is such a nice finish nailer. Still love using it.

The only minor con is that it leaves a fairly large hole. I've had no problems that I can think of and I love the blower function. Also love their framing nailer- its a tank. I've done finish carpentry for almost twenty years and have had this gun for the last three. It is great. This can be minimized by fine tuning the depth adjustment to the project, but you'd probably need a very well regulated air source to avoid pulling out the nail set.

They have plenty of power, an easily adjustable depth setting dial, and the built-in blower has come in handy more times than I can count. One of them was stolen recently and I did not hesitate to buy an identical gun to replace it, they are just that reliable. The only repair job I've needed was after one fell from a 12 foot ladder onto a concrete slab and cracked the plastic sliding nail-feeder piece. Not one misfire or malfunction in over 3 years of hard use. I bought two of these nailers a few years ago and could not be more impressed. They are flawless performers and incredibly reliable. They have been dropped, dragged, used as "persuaders" to tap moldings into place, plus they've fired countless thousands of nails, I've hit many screwheads/metal straps/nail guards/etc, but they have yet to misfire a shot.
